  • Our Agents work less, pay less, and make more! If you hold a Florida Real Estate License but aren't actively working and earning as a full-time agent, activate your license with us! When you join RELO you become a Relocation and Referral Specialist which allows you to help friends, family, and customers find the best agent to work with anywhere in the world on any type of real estate transaction. We get paid a referral fee and you get 100% of it.

  • We have no affiliation with the Board of Realtors, which means our agents can save up to $1,000 annually by avoiding unnecessary board dues. However, it's important to note that we do refer our clients to qualified Realtors.

  • When you get a customer looking to buy or sell a property you call, text, or email us. We will assist you in placing the customer with a top agent in the market they’re looking to buy or sell in. That agent will handle the entire transaction for us. Their broker will then pay RELO Realty Group a referral fee once the transaction closes. We will pay you quickly through ACH payment or Zelle.

  • We ensure the active status of your license, taking care of renewal dates and providing reminders and assistance with your continued education requirements. Additionally, our broker, Zach Finn, hosts a monthly coaching program on zoom which is exclusively available to all RELO agents.
